Storytelling is fundamental to human experience, serving as a bridge that connects individuals and cultures. Through narratives, we share experiences, convey emotions, and foster empathy, allowing us to understand perspectives beyond our own. This connection is deeply rooted in our biology; engaging stories can trigger the release of oxytocin, a hormone associated with trust and bonding. Ultimately, storytelling shapes our identities and communities, underscoring its enduring significance in human interaction.
